So we built a store around the opposite promise — pick fewer products, work with suppliers who actually ship on time, and be upfront when something's out of stock.
ShoponTIME began as a small side project: one person, a spreadsheet of supplier lead times, and a frustration with stores that showed a two-day shipping estimate and delivered in a month.
The fix wasn't complicated. Only list products from suppliers with a track record of hitting their dates. Say no to items that look good in photos but ship from warehouses with no quality checks. Answer support messages like a person, not a script.
That's still the whole operating model today, just applied to a bigger catalog.
The name says it — everything is built around showing up on time.
Three commitments that shape which products we list and how we run the store.
Every new product is ordered and tested internally before it goes live on the site.
If a supplier is delayed, you'll hear it from us first — with a real updated date, not a guess.
30 days, no interrogation. If it's not right, send it back.
